The college orientation program is a vital event designed to introduce incoming students to the academic, social, and cultural aspects of campus life, facilitating a smooth transition into their college journey. Through a diverse range of activities and sessions, students are acquainted with academic resources, advising services, and degree requirements. Socially, the program fosters connections among peers through ice-breaking activities and group discussions, while also showcasing campus traditions and community diversity. The orientation program began on 15th September 2023 with the welcome of the students, faculty members and Prof. B.L. Ahuja (Emeritus Scientist & Director – IET), Dr. Avinash Panwar (Nodal Officer and Program Convenor), Dr. Ghanshyam Purohit (Program Coordinator), Prof. Meera Mathur (Program Coordinator) who graced the occasion with their presence. The dance programs featuring traditional captivating performances by the female students, showcasing their talent and skill in dance. The girls' performance was met with enthusiasm and applause from the audience, further enhancing the overall atmosphere of the orientation program. The new students also interacted with the senior students to get a overview of their experience. The program was deemed successful as many students praised the management and culture of college.
