Teacher's Day Celebrations

Teachers' Day in India is celebrated annually on 5th September to honor the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a renowned philosopher, scholar, and India's second President. This day holds great significance as it pays tribute to the invaluable contributions of teachers and educators in shaping the future of the nation. On Teacher's Day, the students traditionally honored their teachers by bringing cake to celebrate the occasion. The teachers gathered together to cut the cake, symbolizing the shared appreciation and respect between educators and students. Students presented pens as gifts to teachers. After presenting the gifts, students sought blessings from their teachers, recognizing the guidance and support they had received in their academic journey.
